For your goals to be powerful, they should be designed to be ๐—ฆ๐— ๐—”๐—ฅ๐—ง:


๐™Ž๐™ฅ๐™š๐™˜๐™ž๐™›๐™ž๐™˜: Your goal must be clear and well defined

๐™ˆ๐™š๐™–๐™จ๐™ช๐™ง๐™–๐™—๐™ก๐™š: Include precise amounts, dates, and so on in your goals so you can measure your degree of success.

๐˜ผ๐™ฉ๐™ฉ๐™–๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™–๐™—๐™ก๐™š: Make sure that it's possible to achieve the goals you set. Donโ€™t make them too hard or too easy to achieve.

๐™๐™š๐™ก๐™š๐™ซ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™ฉ: Goals should be relevant to the direction you want your life and career to take.
